We are happy to welcome you and your family to REACH Academy!
To begin the enrollment process, please fill out the "Enroll Now" form to submit an online enrollment application. Upon receipt of this form, we will contact you regarding additional materials that will be required to complete registration including:
* Birth certificate
* Social Security card
* Proof of residency (lease, utility bill, etc.)
* Immunization records
* Most current grade card (if applicable)
* Copy of current IEP (if applicable)
We are currently enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year for grades K-5.
In late winter, enrollment opens for current students to re-enroll for the next school year. Preference is given to returning students and their siblings. During the spring’s advertised open enrollment period, any local and/or state resident may apply. Available spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis as determined by the date that all required documents and forms are submitted to the office. Once available spaces are filled, a waiting list will be created. Current students who have not re-enrolled by the spring open enrollment period could lose their space for the next school year.
REACH Academy follows all requirements outlined by Buckeye Community Hope Foundation, in addition to the state and federal guidelines relating to applications and enrollments. The academy does not charge tuition nor discriminates in admissions policies or practices on the basis of intellectual or athletic ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, or status.
